Peter Wrinch serves as the Advisor for Politics, Advocacy & Labour at Aughdem Recruitment, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from the intersection of political strategy, advocacy, and leadership. With a distinguished academic background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Russian History from McGill University and a Master of Arts in Russian Studies from the University of Toronto, Peter’s analytical mindset and global perspective underpin his work across various sectors.
Peter’s professional journey is marked by high-impact leadership roles. Most notably, he served as the CEO of Hollyhock, a renowned leadership institute that fosters personal, social, and environmental change. Under his guidance, Hollyhock solidified its role as a premier learning space for activists, leaders, and changemakers from around the world, helping to drive forward impactful social and environmental initiatives.
Prior to Hollyhock, Peter held the role of Director of Politics & Advocacy at NationBuilder, a leading software platform that enables political campaigns and organizations to mobilize supporters and drive meaningful action. His strategic insight and advocacy expertise were instrumental in shaping political campaigns and community engagement efforts across a wide spectrum of causes.
