This role is ideal for an experienced Director of Sales looking to take the next step in their career. The VP of Sales will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, securing key retail partnerships, and scaling the brand nationally.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $160,000
- 20% annual bonus
- 3 weeks of vacation
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the non-alcoholic beverage industry.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a results-driven culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Establish and expand relationships with major retail and distribution partners to increase product availability.
- Identify new sales channels and market opportunities, leveraging data and industry trends to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning and consumer demand.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales opportunities.
- Implement sales training programs to equip the team with the tools needed for success.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to refine sales tactics and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the non-alcoholic beverage industry.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing key retail partnerships.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and scaling sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and execute data-driven sales strategies.
- Experience negotiating with major retailers and distributors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
