Known for their commitment to quality and customer service, they have established themselves as a trusted name in agricultural machinery and equipment. As they continue to expand their presence in the US, particularly in the Western states, they are seeking a Territory Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and reports directly to the US General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s tractor sales within the assigned territory in the Western United States.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including dealers and direct customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs of the territory and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and agricultural events to network and promote the product line.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the US General Manager and other team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting achievements and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural market, particularly tractors and related machinery.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory remotely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
