As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to oversee their operations and maintain their reputation for excellence. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the security services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to all retail clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of security personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as HR, finance, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security equipment and technology, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and high standards within the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within the security or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
  • In-depth knowledge of security operations, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using security management software and other relevant technologies.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of clients.
