- Develop and execute advanced strategies for Google AdWords campaigns and SEO initiatives, driving traffic and engagement to meet company objectives.
- Report directly to the President, providing insights, analytics, and recommendations to enhance digital marketing efforts and outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to inform SEO and PPC strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion in target markets, particularly the Southern US.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing trends, adjusting strategies to stay ahead of industry developments and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PPC and SEO strategies into broader digital marketing plans.
- Manage and optimize AdWords accounts, including campaign setup, monitoring, testing, and adjustments to improve performance metrics.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for SEO improvement and implement strategies to increase organic search ranking and visibility.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the digital marketing team.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure that digital content is optimized for SEO and aligns with AdWords strategies.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategies for ongoing improvement.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google AdWords and SEO strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices, tools, and trends.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant digital marketing software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for presenting complex data in an understandable manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the energy sector or working with clients in the Southern US is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days of in-office collaboration.
