Compensation
- Base salary $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus structure.
- 3 weeks vacation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle residential construction projects from pre-construction through final possession.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors, trades, consultants, and clients throughout the build process.
- Lead project planning meetings and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and cost tracking.
- Review drawings, specifications, and change orders while mitigating project risk.
- Ensure all projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and municipal building requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers across the Calgary market.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of residential building practices, budgets, and scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with subcontractors and trades in the Calgary market.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
