Compensation

  • Base salary $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus structure.
  • 3 weeks vacation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle residential construction projects from pre-construction through final possession.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate closely with site supervisors, trades, consultants, and clients throughout the build process.
  • Lead project planning meetings and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and cost tracking.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and change orders while mitigating project risk.
  • Ensure all projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and municipal building requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers across the Calgary market.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of residential building practices, budgets, and scheduling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with subcontractors and trades in the Calgary market.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
