Company Bio:

Our client is a well-established restaurant group known for its high-end dining experiences and innovative brand presence. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are looking for a Communications & Social Media Manager to enhance their public relations efforts, oversee influencer partnerships, and lead their social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute brand strategies and coordinate events that elevate the restaurant group’s visibility.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $70,000
  • 3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that enhance the restaurant group’s online presence and attract new customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, coordinating collaborations and brand partnerships to amplify reach.
  • Write and distribute press releases, ensuring strategic messaging aligns with brand positioning.
  • Organize and manage promotional events, media tastings, and community activations to drive brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry shifts and leverage emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align communication strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Create engaging content, including photography, videos, and written posts, to showcase the restaurant group’s unique experiences.
  • Respond to media inquiries and manage relationships with journalists, bloggers, and PR agencies.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, PR, or communications within the hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with experience in crafting press releases and social media content.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media professionals, and brand partners.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and engaging content creation.
  • Strong organizational and event management skills, with experience in planning brand activations and media events.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools to track and optimize social media performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
