  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across various residential and commercial settings.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment to ensure effective and efficient operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering clear explanations to clients about work being performed and any necessary maintenance tips.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for both employees and customers.
  • Collaborate with the HVAC team to share insights, improve service delivery, and maintain high industry standards.
  • Keep accurate records of all services performed and report any major issues to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and techniques for continuous professional development.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and tools needed for job completion.


  • Must possess a Red Seal HVAC Journeyman designation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate required.
  • Strong understanding of current HVAC codes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding work, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
