Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and brand recognition in the assigned district.
  • Oversee the operations of all stores in the district, ensuring they adhere to the company’s standards and policies.
  • Implement and monitor effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Coach and support store managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, businesses, and customers.
  • Ensure each store complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the hiring, training, and development of staff across the district.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise.
  • Represent the brand professionally and positively in all interactions with the public, media, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Significant managerial experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a multi-unit role.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
