This role will report directly to the President and play a crucial role in shaping the company’s workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the hospitality group.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for all positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with the President and other senior leaders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks to source high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment practices and optimize the candidate pipeline.
- Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
- Implement diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices and interviewing techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, incorporating innovative approaches to recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, preferably within the hospitality or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a recruitment team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
