The company has built a loyal following in the Pacific Northwest and beyond by combining strong product design with a growing direct-to-consumer and retail presence. As the business continues to expand its market reach, it requires an experienced Director of Sales to lead the sales organization and drive continued revenue growth. This Director of Sales role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in shaping go-to-market strategy as the company scales.
Compensation
- Base salary of $150,000 to $180,000.
- Bonus structure tied to sales performance.
- 3 weeks of vacation.

Responsibilities
- Own the overall sales strategy and execution across all sales channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Set and manage sales targets, quotas, and forecasts in partnership with the CEO.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Partner with marketing to align sales strategy with brand positioning and demand generation efforts.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key partner meetings.
- Establish sales processes, tools, and reporting cadences that support a scaling organization.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer needs inform business decisions.
- Foster a high performance, accountable sales culture across the team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within consumer products or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience building and leading high performing sales teams.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with retail and wholesale partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience developing and managing a sales budget.
- Comfort operating in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.
