Responsibilities:
- Strategize and lead sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s vision and targets.
- Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape, staying updated on market dynamics and emerging hospitality trends.
- Guide and motivate the sales team, equipping them with timely training and resources.
- Design and deploy impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging both digital and traditional platforms.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a myriad of stakeholders, including corporate clientele and event organizers.
- Scrutinize performance metrics, presenting insights and actionable strategies to the leadership.
- Engage actively in community outreach and fortify the brand’s community presence.
- Foster cross-functional collaborations, especially with revenue management teams, to draft compelling pricing strategies.
- Prudently manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Accumulated years of experience in sales with a significant tenure in leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality domain.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and even surpassing revenue benchmarks.
- Insightful understanding of market shifts and the agility to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication prowess, both written and oral.
- Adept at managing a variety of projects, showcasing attention to detail.
- Proven proficiency in team leadership, emphasizing mentorship and capacity building.
