Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative human resources strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and goals.
  • Create and nurture a vibrant company culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent in the interior design and tech industry.
  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and performance management.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Establish robust policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training and development needs, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance on complex HR issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support the company’s growth and evolving business needs.
  • Implement effective internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, aligned, and motivated.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a tech or design-focused industry.
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Experience in managing HR in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and building relationships.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
