Currently, they seek a Director of Operations with a strong background in food and beverage, who will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality are consistently met.
  • Formulate and implement operational strategies that align with the hotel’s vision and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee key departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and particularly food and beverage.
  • Encourage a positive and productive work culture, leading and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor operational budgets and devise strategies to optimize resources and control expenses.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel’s services and offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations, especially within the food and beverage operations.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Represent the hotel professionally in all interactions with guests, stakeholders, and the public.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a managerial role within the luxury hospitality industry, ideally with a strong focus on food and beverage operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Profound understanding of hotel operations, with specific expertise in food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of handling guest complaints and operational issues effectively.
  • Financial acumen, including expertise in budget management, cost control, and resource optimization within the food and beverage sector.
