With a strong focus on innovation, data-driven strategies, and high-impact campaigns, they are looking for a Director of Operations to optimize internal processes, drive efficiency, and support business growth. This role reports directly to the President and plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $140,000
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high-performance output.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the agency’s growth objectives and long-term vision.
  • Manage and optimize workflows, improving processes to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Work closely with the President to ensure operational initiatives align with company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning to support agency-wide efficiency.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive key business initiatives, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Foster a strong company culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations leadership role, ideally within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement scalable operational strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Ability to work closely with executive leadership and contribute to high-level strategic planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with marketing industry trends, tools, and best practices is an asset.
