As the organization enters a new stage of growth and brand expansion, they are seeking a Director of Marketing to elevate their positioning, drive demand, and lead strategic growth initiatives.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $155,000.
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • 3 weeks vacation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across digital and retail channels.
  • Oversee performance marketing, including paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage and mentor a small internal marketing team while coordinating external agencies.
  • Drive product launch strategies from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to align campaigns with inventory and growth plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize initiatives based on data insights.
  • Build strategic partnerships and influencer relationships to increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation and ROI tracking.
  • Strengthen customer acquisition and retention strategies across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a consumer or technology-focused company.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and performance-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience managing brand development and product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth or venture-backed environment is an asset.
