They are seeking a Director of Marketing and Communications to oversee all aspects of branding, strategy, marketing, and communications. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic vision and the ability to execute. The position reports directly to the CEO and manages one direct report.

Compensation

  • $120-$130,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing and communications efforts, from branding to execution, ensuring alignment with the company’s luxury positioning.
  • Develop and implement new market entry strategies to expand brand presence in competitive and emerging markets.
  • Oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent engagement and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term loyalty.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing efforts with business strategy.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to one direct report, while remaining actively hands-on in campaign execution.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all branding and messaging reflect the premium and innovative nature of the facility.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies for new market entrants.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and communications.
  • Hands-on experience with social media strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and business goals.
  • Experience in high-growth or revolutionary concepts is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
