They are now seeking a Director of Sales to lead their sales strategy and drive revenue growth at a pivotal stage of expansion.
Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000.
- Performance-based bonus structure.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints. - Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting to the executive team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies within the retail sector.
- Implement systems and processes to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
