Compensation

  • Base salary: $150,000.
  • Performance-based bonus structure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting to the executive team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies within the retail sector.
  • Implement systems and processes to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
