Compensation

  • Base salary: $240,000.
  • Equity participation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s strategic vision in alignment with the Board and investors.
  • Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations through future funding rounds.
  • Oversee all operational functions including product, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Drive revenue growth through go-to-market strategy and enterprise partnerships.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing executive leadership team.
  • Establish scalable systems and operational discipline to support rapid growth.
  • Represent the company publicly with customers, partners, media, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure product-market fit continues to evolve through close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Develop performance metrics and accountability frameworks across departments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a c-suite executive in a SaaS or AI-driven company.
  • Strong track record of scaling startups through growth stages.
  • Demonstrated fundraising experience with venture capital or institutional investors.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription models, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional executive teams.
