Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company’s day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability in all aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Play a key role in expanding the company’s global presence, managing operations across different countries and navigating diverse market dynamics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance.
  • Drive the optimization of supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Implement robust operational systems and processes that support the effective scaling of the business.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards, particularly in areas related to children’s products and educational technology.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a COO or similar senior management role, ideally within the educational technology, toy industry, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale operations in a fast-growing, international company.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, with experience managing international operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to make decisions that drive company growth and innovation.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, production, and operational efficiency optimization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively navigating a diverse and dynamic work environment.
