As they continue to expand and refine their operations, they are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with a strong background in supply chain management to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s strategic vision.


  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and cost-effectiveness across all areas.
  • Lead a diverse team of 20 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Utilize expertise in supply chain management to optimize production, distribution, and inventory control, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in company operations and strategy execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other external partners to support business growth and sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards across all operational processes.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, reporting key metrics and insights to the CEO and board of directors.
  • Lead crisis management efforts and contingency planning to minimize disruptions to business operations.


  • Proven executive experience in a senior operational role, ideally within the toy, retail, consumer packaged goods, or educational sectors.
  • Strong background in supply chain management, with demonstrated success in optimizing supply chain and operational processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams in a multi-national company.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans and execute them effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends, including VR technology and educational toys, is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
