Company Bio:

Our client is a dynamic retail company based in Los Angeles specializing in kids’ clothing. With a strong brand presence and a commitment to high-quality, stylish, and sustainable apparel, they are rapidly expanding their market share. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff to support the CEO in overseeing operations, driving key initiatives, and optimizing business efficiency.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $160,000
  • 15% annual bonus
  • 3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO, supporting decision-making and execution of company initiatives.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress on company objectives.
  • Manage high-priority projects, including market expansion strategies, operational improvements, and internal process development.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for the CEO, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support business growth.
  • Optimize internal workflows and ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve company culture, leadership development, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, negotiations, and public-facing engagements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or senior operational leadership role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute high-level business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in kids’ apparel or retail is an asset.
