Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and results-driven performance.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning, ensuring the company is recognized as a leader in smart supply chain management software.
  • Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, PR, and content marketing, maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure market needs are met and that product offerings are effectively communicated to target audiences.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions, continually analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive growth and ROI.
  • Champion the customer experience, ensuring that marketing strategies resonate with current and prospective users.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive team, contributing to the overall direction and growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their applications in supply chain management or similar fields.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
