As they continue to expand their portfolio and maintain their high standards, they are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts and build a team of dedicated professionals. This role will report directly to the President and play a crucial role in shaping the company’s workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the hospitality group.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for all positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the President and other senior leaders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks to source high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment practices and optimize the candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices and interviewing techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, incorporating innovative approaches to recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, preferably within the hospitality or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions and improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.
