  • Actively seek out and engage customer prospects, focusing on large-scale machinery, cars, or generators within the power industry.
  • Develop detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management.


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, particularly in selling large-scale machinery, cars, or generators.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred.
