Trusted by clinics across North America, their technology seamlessly integrates with leading dental software systems. As the company scales, they are seeking a Vice President to lead operations and strategy across their growing team. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and oversees a team of 10 professionals across product, client success, and operations.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with company growth goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10 professionals across departments, promoting cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversee the optimization of internal systems and processes to support product deployment, customer success, and R&D efforts.
  • Work closely with the CEO on scaling strategies, go-to-market plans, and potential partnerships or acquisitions.
  • Drive product-market fit by ensuring feedback from dental professionals informs product development.
  • Monitor financial performance, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Identify and manage key external relationships including enterprise clients, channel partners, and integration vendors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and with stakeholders to promote brand credibility and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PIPEDA) in all product and operational workflows.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, user-centricity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a SaaS, healthtech, or AI-driven company.
  • Strong background in operations, product, or business strategy within a technology startup or growth-stage environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling company operations.
  • Understanding of the dental or healthcare space is an asset but not required.
  • Familiarity with AI, speech recognition, or clinical documentation technology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
