Ana began her professional journey as an HR Manager for one of Colombia’s top 100 companies. In this role, she demonstrated her capabilities in talent management and strategic HR operations, honing her skills and preparing her for future leadership roles.
From there, Ana transitioned to the competitive pharmaceutical sales industry, where her strong interpersonal skills and her keen understanding of market dynamics propelled her success.
