As they continue to grow and enhance their brand presence, they are seeking an experienced Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee their operations in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the Vancouver area, ensuring each establishment meets the group’s high standards for quality and service.
  • Collaborate with individual restaurant managers to set and achieve operational goals, offering guidance and support to ensure the success of each location.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance the dining experience across all locations.
  • Manage budgeting and financial planning for the region, including P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the regional market.
  • Foster a culture of excellence among staff, focusing on training, development, and retention of top talent.
  • Uphold the group’s commitment to high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events that drive business and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational safety across all venues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a regional management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams across multiple locations.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management, service standards, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Vancouver dining market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel regularly to different restaurant locations within the region.
